What doesn't change in an incident
If the account service or payments are down, the app keeps working with the subscription it already checked. Nothing is deleted. If the payment page is down, try again in a few minutes.1
If the message servers are down, your conversations stay on your phone; new messages can't be delivered until the servers are back.1,2
